Internet orders can be cancelled for any reason and at any time prior to dispatch (which is normally the next working day) by phoning 0870 042 9573 or e-mailing bodyboutique@intermail.co.uk

From 30 days of receipt, any unused product can be returned for a full refund for any reason, these should be returned to the point of purchase, which for Internet transactions is: BodyBoutique Internet Dispatch, Intermail plc Horizon West, Canal View Road, Newbury, Berkshire. RG14 5XF.

In addition all products are unconditionally guaranteed against defects for twelve months from the date of purchase, any such products will be replaced without charge upon receipt of the defective item and purchase details, at any of the above addresses.

An internet purchase is completed when a digital receipt number is issued by the Worldpay secure server through which all the e-commerce transactions on this site are conducted, this receipt is also confirmed by email. Any errors can be corrected at any time prior to clicking the Worldpay 'Confirm Order' button at the foot of the order details form, by altering the various input fields using the 'delete' or 'backspace' buttons.
